Greetings from Europe! (pt.10)

I just had my first midterm of the semester and I’m so glad it’s over. Accounting is absolutely no fun whatsoever (at least to me). Let’s continue on with my europe pictures (they’re neverending?!):

Day 9: Prague, Czech Republiconce again, keeping my outfit simple. (who wants to travel and run around with heels and massive amounts of jewelry?) ;) I love these shorts to death, so basic/casual yet it adds a little bit of classy to every outfit. i’m standing on the gorgeous charles’ bridge and you can see the prague castle behind me in the distance.
i’m for sale :) thought that was funny…sorta.

isn’t the scenery gorgeous? it’s my view from the grounds of prague castle.  well enough of that, i’m off to my human ecology class then dinner with a huge group of people from my dorm. :)

Greetings from Europe! (pt.8)

i have so many readings for my classes: articles about chinese literature, human ecology articles, photography articles, and chapters of financial accounting. and wow, i just noticed how spread out my schedule is in terms of subjects. :)

Day 7: Vienna, Austria

don’t mind my hair; it’s a complete and utter mess, i know. silly wind :(
i love this outfit because it’s comfortable and great for running around and taking tourist pictures, haha. and i’m pretty sure i wore out these shoes during this eurotrip. can’t help but be in love with them :)
these two were adorable. if only i was wearing gold to match them ;)

Greetings from Europe! (pt.7)

Not much of an update, college is alright. I hung out with one of my high school friends who just transferred from her old college; it was pretty awesome :) Anyway, more Europe pictures! (do they never end??)

Day 6: Vienna, Austria

I was pretty damn tired that day (since I took a night train from Vienna) so I put little effort into my outfit. It was comfortable and at that point comfort was all that mattered. Hopefully the accessories made up for the simplicity (I seemed to love that belt in Europe ever since I bought it, huh?)

Greetings from Europe! (pt.5)

so it’s been about two weeks at college and it’s a lot different than last year. i’ve met a bunch of the freshmen on the floor and the ones i’ve met so far are awesome. i have to admit it’s nice being a sophomore instead of a freshman ;)

i’m currently taking a honors seminar called Physics and Photography and I had to buy a manual camera (Promaster) that i’m still figuring out how to use. On Sunday I have to develop my own negatives and I’m pretty damn scared. Especially loading the film from the camera into the light tight canister in pitch black darkness. wish me luck! :)

Now to continue on with my Europe Trip (I still have so many more outfits to go!)

Day 4 (Night): Venice, Italy

The second part of my fourth day was spent in Venice. We got there in the evening and the sun was setting. Our hotel room had a view of the grand canal and it was just absolutely breathtaking.

Out of all the cities I went to in Europe, Venice was definitely my favorite. Venice was even more gorgeous during the night time. St. Mark’s square was full of gondolas, soft lighting, live classical music, and couples walking hand in hand and stealing kisses from one another. Even my brother had to admit that Venice was one of the most romantic places on earth. :)

Bury My Heart on the Jersey Shore

trips to the beach make me super happy, even when i’m being the third wheel to one of my best friends and her boyfriend. :) at least i got to wear my new shoes (unionbay) and my new shirt dress (cotton express). i also wore my new fishy necklace (forever 21) which i’m absolutely obsessed with! it was a day for new things, except for my old bikini, which i love anyway.

i look awkwardly silly in this photo to the left, only because i feel uncomfortable posing for pictures taken by someone else. i was afraid to smile for school pictures between grades 2-5! i finally smiled with my teeth in 8th grade. it must be all that puberty and teenage angst going on during those elementary and middle school years. glad that’s over with :)

i’m going to the beach again with an old friend, i’m so excited! i got a weird tan selling lemonade back in april and i’m determined to get rid of my strange tan lines! wish me luck!
